Each year ITA services thousands of cruise line passengers who arrive in Iceland during the spring and summer months. With tight arrival and departure schedules, cruise line passengers want a short but fun-packed experience. ITA's service centre at Skarfabakki Harbor in Reykjavík is specifically designed to handle this task.
This facility serves as a one-shop-stop for passengers and provides a wide range of services including:
- internet and IP phone access
- Money Exchange
- Rent-a-car services
- Activities, tour- and event bookings.
At the Skarfabakki Harbor Service Centre as well as at other ITA locations, ITA Boutiques are proud to offer unique Icelandic design, such as clothes and jewelery along with a wide variety of Icelandic souvenirs.
At the beginning of each trip or event, passengers are picked up at the service centre and returned to the same location ensuring a successful and fun experience within the short amount of time their ship docks in Iceland.
